  Everytime I use this UPS location I always have a pleasant customer service experience and especially with Dede. Her knowledge of their services and her willingness to help and go above and beyond no matter what my needs are is the reason that keeps me returning to the store. I recommend this location to all my friends and coworkers and always tell them to ask for Dede because she will always be warm, friendly and willing to help.

  This is my 8th year, everyday walking into The UPS Store at Grand Blvd. We use this Grand Blvd, UPS location personally and for our business. It's owner Kevin Dooney and his amazing staff members like Joan Laroche Ellis, that continue to make local business great in this town! Dedicated, reliable, helpful and friendly. We continue to use their excellent packing, shipping, postal box, printing and copy services. If we have a rush, they go all out to extend an extra arm to help. Not only have they become an extension of our business, but I feel like they are also extended family. Thank you for all you do!

  "Amazing Employees Take Time Out to Greet Each Customer and Ask Them About Their Day" would be the headline for my article in the New York Times relating my experience at this UPS Store ... if I were a columnist at the New York Times. Sadly, I'm just a customer... and not even a decent writer. I am, however, an experienced mailbox renter, package receiver, and package drop-er-off-er. If you are looking for knowledgeable employees, a pleasant stress-free shipping or mailing experience, and reasonable prices - then you should stop in and speak with them. All of the employees at this location are exemplary - with Mia being the stand-out. Always professional and with a ready smile, she's a perfect example of how staffing an organization with top-notch people will always guarantee its success.

  Great customer service! Always very helpful and knowledgeable! I know that when I walk into this store that Joan will be there to answer all my questions and to help me, whether I need to ship a package, fax paperwork, or just make copies. Thank you Joan for all your help!
